Mawarannahr is a geography in Central Asia within theborders of Uzbekistan, which has accumulated scientific, civilization andcultural aspects from past to present. After the public was introduced with thereligion of Islam, the students of Abu Hanifa created a scientific basis basedon the belief of monotheism in the region. Imam Maturidi also continued thesame line of vision as the pioneer of the Maturidiyyah, which is one of the twogreat schools of the “Ahl al- Sunnah” on the basis of Hanafi discipline.The content of this research consists of two headings underthe title of “The Role Of Mind And Revelation in the Course Of Life accordingto Imam Maturidi”. In the first section are provided the sources of knowledgesuch as the scholarly and cultural basin of the Mawarannah region, thescholarly personality of Imam Maturidi, the mind, the narration, and thesenses. In the second section, some principles that will facilitate the courseof life are discussed in order to be successful in social life and to overcomethe difficulties faced and to contribute to the peace and happiness of thesociety. These principles consist of the following sub-headings: Existence andUnity of Allah, Having Scholarly Enlightenment, Serving Allah, Justice and Equality, Doing a Favor to Other People,Working and Producing, Adhering to Promises and Contracts, Handing Over theJobs to the Competent, Acting Honestly, and Humans’ Constant Need for Allah.
