The heart the center of biological life, is associated with one's mental and emotional life. He is the source and tool of knowledge and thought, and the center of understanding and realization. Positive and negative psychological heart states such as cleaning the heart, goodness of the heart, the stability, reconciliation of the heart, disease, misgiving, hardening of the heart, rust, curtain, deflection, sealing are explained. Belief, disbelief, anger, hatred, love, respect, regret, takwa and hushu are some of the actions of the heart. The state of happiness that Allah wants from his servants, with a sound heart (kalb-i selim), came with a heart returning in repentance (kalb-i mnib), clean heart, calm peace, trust heart (kalb-i sekine) and the remembrance heart (kalbi mutmain). In other words, the heart for in the tawhed and taqwa, free from association with Allah, disbelief, denial, discord and injustice. According to the great Turkish scholar Maturidi (d.333/944) beliefs are in the heart. It is a place where faith and disbelief, love and hatred, that is, the struggle of good and evil. It is the heart that distinguishes man from other creatures, that allows him to think and understand with reason, and that is responsible for his free will. The heart must show acts of faith, love, intention, ichlas (pure love) takwa, hushu, repentance and forgiveness in the guidance of the functional mind and revelation in accordance with the wisdom of creation. His wisdom of creation is to find guidance, to attain wisdom with knowledge, to know the creator, to worship Allah, to love him, to be patient and to be grateful. Some scholars say that the evil nature of his heart does not create Allah, but al-Maturidi believes that all kinds of deeds are created by Allah. It also goes to the conclusion that there is a heart that chooses and confirms action with the mind, sense and free will. Termination of the function of the heart capable of understanding and understanding the facts, it is called "matter on sealing of heart" to blunt the ability to turn to truth, goodness and beauty. Acts that convey the seal to the sealing process as well as those who interpret it as truth or metaphor are examined. Is the heart seal the result of man's free choice of actions, or is it by force of divine will? According to the al-Maturidi, the reason heart seling; after psychosocial acts of blunder, discord, denial, and cruelty heart's remorse and repentance, t does not use his mind and will in a good way to correct his state of heart with internal purification. Therefore, heart sealing is a result. In this study, according to al-Maturidi, the states of the heart and psycho-social causes of heart sealing are examined.
