İmam Matürîdî'ye Göre Kur'an'dan Bir Hükmün İçtihat İle Neshi / According to Matüridi nesh from a Quranic provision's with ijtihad

Islam alimleri genelde Hz. Peygamberden sonra neshi kabul et-mezler, ancak birkac alim Kur'an'dan bir hukmun kiyas ve icma ile neshini caiz gormustur. Daha onemlisi Imam Maturidi (o333/944) Te'vilatu Ehli's-Sunne kitabinda ictihad ile neshten bahsetmektedir. O, Hz. Omer'in Kur'an'da gecen muellefe-i kuluba zekat vermemesini ictihad ile nesh olarak degerlendirmistir. Biz bu konuyu delilleriyle tartisacagiz. Abstract According to Maturidi nesh from a Quranic provision's with ijtihad In general Islamic scholars did not admit repeal in the Post-Prophet Muhammad, but a few schoolars permited repeal of one decision of Qur'an by the analogy and the consensus. As more important, the Imam Maturidi (d.333/944), in Te'vilatu Ehli's-Sunna, mentioned repeal by ijtihad. He evaluated that Omar was not giving alms to muallafatu'l-kulub mentioned in Qur'an, as repeal by ijtihad. We going to argue this matter with evidences.
