The status of human beings is not appropriate for a challenge that can't be coped with. Their delicateness before the presence of Allah come out with obedience and worship, love and affection. This love and affection, obedience and worship could be maintained only with a challenge that should stay within the normal limitations. Otherwise love and affection would turn into antagonism, obedience and worship would turn into rebellion. If the most delicious foods of the world were put before a man who is in front of gallows and would be hung in five minutes, not oniy he wouldn't feel appetite for the foods but also he would hate those foods. Likewise, if a person were held responsible for difficult challenges and were told that he would go to hell if didn't fulfil his responsibilities. even Heaven wouldn't whet his appetite. Utterance (Kalam) Schools state different ideas on this subject. We can summarize them as follows:According to Maturidi School, the challenge that can't be coped with isn't acceptable and has never been occurred. Everything is in accordance with the capacity of human beings. The health of the organs could be considered within this capacity. Anything out of human capacity has never been demanded. According to Ashary School, it is reasonably possible that Allah could challenge humans with things that they can't cope with. Although Ashary scholars consider this reasonably possible, they state that challenge that can't be coped with (takleef ma la yutaq) isn't acceptable according to auditory evidence (Baqarah, 2/286). Mutazilah school doesn't acknowledge challenge that can't be coped with; however, mutazilah scholars argue that if a servant can't invent his actions, then everything Allah has challenged people with would be considered as challenge that can't be coped with. This claim is wrong. There are difficult challenges that previous religious communities were charged with; however, interpreters of the Qur'an have stated that these challenges were not real but they were akin and approxirnate.
