This article examines the concept of attribute of action which explains the relationship between Allah and the universe, how and by which attribute the creation takes place based on the matter of operation of the universe. During this study, the takwin issue is also dealt with as origin of the attributes of action. Additionally, the opinions of Salafiyya, Mutezila, Ashariyya and Maturidiyya schools about this issues and their methods of inferences used to confirm their views are studied.
