Bu bağlamda tefsir meseleleri arasında görülen had cezalarından birisi de recmdir. Tefsir tarihinde önemli bir yeri olan müfessir Ebû Mansûr el-Mâtürîdî, Te’vîlâtü’l-Kur’ân eserinde âyetleri sadece naklî yönden değil aklî yönden de yorumlamıştır.
