According to Imam Maturidi, religion means believing in tawheed. Shari'a, on the other hand, refers to the dimensions of Islam that are sent through revelation to every prophet whose essence in the creed, moral and deed field is the same, but which are different from each other according to historical, cultural and social conditions. In this respect, religion is fixed and sharia is dynamic. This dynamic structure was associated with the concept of secularism and tried to create a total change in the constants of religion in horse societies. Since the structure of Islam is already intertwined with life, this formation does not affect the essence of religion in general. The decline of the presence of religion in individual and social life and the secularization of world-centered thinking and expression emerge as a natural result of westernization and modernization. Secularization has a sociological and psychological meaning. The concept of secularization means that religion loses its effectiveness in people's social lives or in their individual thoughts and feelings. In this study, the concepts of Religion-Sharia are explained, Imam Maturidi.
