The concept of justice, which has broad meanings regarding all phases of life, emerges as one of the most important principles that regulates the relationship of man with the creator, other people, and all living and non-living beings, starting from his relationship with himself. Justice, which is one of the basic building blocks of religion, is the guarantee of everyone in the society to continue their existence in peace. As a requirement of justice, which expresses the order and balance in the creation of man and nature, when the balance and moderation that should be in every issue in society is ensured, justice is naturally realized. The usurpation of innate or acquired rights by people causes rights violations that drag societies into chaos and turmoil. In today's world, when increasing pressure, oppression and injustice have become dominant on people and societies, the importance of justice has been realized once again, and the need for full implementation of justice in society, administration, courts and interpersonal relations has been felt even more. In this article, the nature of justice, the concepts it is related to, its types and its manifestations in society will be introduced, and the measures to be taken for the provision and protection of justice will be discussed in the axis of Maturidi's thought. Keywords: Maturidi, Justice, Right, Wisdom, Tawhid.
